Do you service all of NZ?

Yes we do. You can send your old seatbelt to us and we will assess, re-web it, and send it back to you. We prefer to use New Zealand Couriers for traceability and a quicker turn around.

Please make sure you call or text us with your parcel’s tracking number so we know to keep an eye out for it.

Can I trust your services?

Yes, we are NZTA approved. Copy of NZTA Exemption available above.

Do you fix all makes and models?

We fix most makes and models. Please give us a call and we can give you advice for your specific vehicle.

How much does it cost?

We do our best to keep it as affordable as possible. Please give us a call and we will provide you with a quote.

What’s the turn around time?

We will aim to process and re-web your seatbelt within 24hrs of receiving it. Our preference is to use New Zealand Couriers for traceability and a quicker turn around.

To helps us keep the turn around time down, please make sure you call or text us with your tracking number so we can keep an eye out for it.

Why can’t I find my vehicle when using the VIN look up?

Belttech New Zealand only retains the details of the belts they have re-webbed. Your seatbelt should have a tag sewn into it telling you who the repairer was. The VIN look up searches our database using the last 6 digits of the vehicle VIN. Make sure the number is entered correctly and is the last 6 digits only.

Why do I need to fill out the order form?

The information requested in the form is a necessary part of our approved system and records. It must accompany your seatbelt when you send it to us.

If you don’t have access to a printer, please include the information as required from the on screen form. Please make sure you txt or send a photo of the parcel tracking number to 027 449 9009. This will help prevent the inevitable delays while we try to sort out the mystery parcel!
