Follow the process below to send us your seatbelt

1. Fill Out the Order Form

Before sending your seatbelt, please complete our order form. This is a required part of our NZTA-approved process and helps us track and process your repair efficiently.

If you don’t have a printer, just write the required details on a note and include it in your package.

Please ensure your package is addressed to the depot closest to our office rather than directly to our address. The addresses are available below:

2. Send Your Seatbelt to Us

To get your seatbelt to us as quickly as possible, we have an agreement with major courier depots near our office to pick up any returned seatbelts from them every weekday.

4. Send Us Your Tracking Number

Once you've sent your parcel, please send us your tracking number so we can monitor its arrival and process it as soon as it reaches the depot.
